Be Happy

Dear readers, 
Sorry I haven't posted for so long. School's been keeping me busy. 
And I realized that it's good that school has kept me busy. No one wants to be bored right?
So today I want to share some ways to express your happiness to others and to yourself.
  1. Thank others: thanking other doesn't just mean saying thank you after receiving a really great gift...You should also thank the ones who care for you occasionally so that they know you don't take them for granted. For me, this includes my parents, friends, and brother.
  2. Write it down: at the end of the day make a list of the things that made you happy on that particular day. It could be a conversation with someone you like, or maybe you got full on a test. No mater how small of a thing made you happy write it down.
  3. Share it: You probably share everything with your BFF. Then I'm sure your best friend would be happy to know your feelings. By telling someone about your happiness, you may feel satisfied.
  4. Pause: take a moment to cherish your happiness. you are lucky to have so much. You need to take a moment and think about the wonderful moments of your life.
