Why Stress Shouldn't Exist

Dear Readers,
I believe the world would be better if stress didn't exist. I know we have to experience sadness to appreciate the feeling of happiness. But I don't think we need to feel stressed out every once in a while  to feel the satisfaction of being relaxed.
Stress is disadvantageous because even a person with good time management loses their efficiency because of it. Let me explain.
Suppose a person has one hour to complete three assignments. Maybe sixty minutes is sufficient for that person to complete those assignments. In  reality, though, that person will not get an entire hour. This is because, a fraction of that time is spent thinking about how stressed out they are because of the work they have to do.
I've been there. If I have thirty minutes to study, I'll probably only get 20 minutes' worth of studying done. The reason for this is: the entire time, there will be these thoughts in my head which tell me I have so much to do. That will reduce maybe 10 minutes' worth of my efficiency.
Besides less productivity, stress leads to frustration. I get really grumpy and frustrated on the days I'm stressed out because of school or something else. Moreover, the frustration becomes anger and annoyance- which you may end up taking out on your family or friends. I admit, I do this a lot. And then all of this leads to arguments and fights and everyone ends up being mad at each other.
So the point is, stress is something which is not really needed in this world.
Therefore, I think stress should not exist. Things would be a lot better if it didn't.

  1. I do agree with you. Stress shouldn't exist at all. But if we are never stressed, we won't be able to experience the satisfaction we get when we're through a stressful situation. And we won't really value out everyday life that much when it's not stressful. Anyway I really love your thought process. And the way you always speak my mind. You have a talent K Glamour. One which a select few have.
    Have a great day.
